Get What You Expect

We understand how overwhelming the construction process can be. At Rascher & Co., we aim to make the process as transparent and smooth for you as possible. Establishing a clear understanding of your vision paired with our general contracting expertise, we are able to assemble schedules that reflect the timeline and budget to keep everyone on the same page.

Phase 1: Initial Contact

First communications establish the scope of your project. At these preliminary meetings we will take a deep look at the project all the way down to the studs. During this phase we will also have a budget meeting to determine how Rascher & Co. can meet your needs within your budget.

Phase 2: Pre-Construction

During pre-construction, a lot of important paperwork happens. A signed Letter of Intent states the agreement to use Rascher & Co. as your contractor, along with collecting a retainer for the work defined. Additionally, a written scope of work, a subcontractor walk-through, a detailed estimate, a preliminary schedule, and a selection checklist are created. Phase 3: Construction

To begin construction, a contract is signed and permits are pulled. Rascher & Co. advocates for you during the build. We connect with vendors and keep the ball moving forward. After the project is finished, we follow up to ensure quality. Often our client relationships continue because we become friends throughout the process.
